  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that work areas are clear, accessible, and free from hazards prior to commencement of works.

  • We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen issues such as structural defects, damp, mould, or pre-existing damage.

  • Materials and finishes are supplied either by us or by the client, as agreed in advance. We cannot be held responsible for defects or failures caused by unsuitable or poor-quality materials supplied by the client.

4. Liability

  • While we aim to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, it is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

  • Our liability for decorating services is limited to the value of the agreed contract.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profit, or property value.

  • Normal wear and tear, future damage from damp or water ingress, and deterioration due to environmental conditions are not covered.

5. Completion and Payment

  • Work will be completed within the timeframe agreed at the start of the project, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials.

  • Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of works.
